Preschool/Day-Care Center -
Educating children from 14 months of age through
Pre-Kindergarten, the Adath Jeshurun Preschool is committed to meeting the developmental needs of the whole child - intellectual,
emotional, spiritual, creative, and physical. Activities are designed to engage, challenge, and stimulate our children - and produce smiles and laughter.    AJ children learn critical thinking problem-solving and reasoning through water play, dramatic arts, creative art projects and block-building. They develop sharing and planning skills by choosing activities at classroom centers. They learn to express feelings and thoughts through song, movement, drawing, painting, and other media. And, they build confidence and repect for self and others by observing how their teachers treat them and by treating others with the same respect and dignity.    Adath Jeshrun Preschool enjoys teacher-student ratios lower than the state minimum requirements. A.J. Preschool has rich experiences that teach Jewish traditions, history, and religion to children from all religious backgrounds.   |   |
