AJ Pre-Pandemic Worship Service Schedule
Adath Jeshurun provides a full range of worship opportunities including a daily morning and evening minyan. We invite you to join us! Below was AJ’s pre-pandemic schedule. To view our current pandemic schedule of virtual services, please click here.
Daily Services:
• Shabbat and Festival Services:
10:00 a.m. and 5:45 p.m.
• Daily Minyan (Monday - Friday):
7:15 a.m. and 5:45 p.m.

• Sunday Minyan:
- 8:45 a.m. and 5:45 p.m.
• Federal Holiday Minyan:
Morning Services on the following six federal holidays begin at 8:45 a.m.
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
• Friday Evening Family Service:
5:45 p.m. Kabbalat Shabbat service is held following refreshments.
Special Services are held throughout the year including:
• Monthly Celebration Shabbat
A special group aliyah honors those congregants having birthdays and/or anniversaries each month.
• Minyanaire Shabbat
Those individuals who regularly attend minyan services gather to daven together on a given Shabbat. The
Minyanaire of the Year is announced, followed by a kiddush lunch held in honor of our minyanaires.
High Holy Day Services:
• Traditional High Holy Day Services
Held in the David and Jonathan Blue Family Sanctuary, the Rabbi and Cantor lead services with participation by the AJ Choir.
• Intergenerational Family High Holy Day Services
This service is held in the Rabbi Robert B. Slosberg Event Center and includes more English readings, more explanations, and the opportunity for congregants to worship together with their children and grandchildren.
Additional Information:
*Equipment is provided for those with impaired hearing.
*Sitter Service is complimentary and available during Shabbat services, and frequently during other major events. Sitters are only hired if advance reservations are made. Click here to make a reservation for your child.
