To begin, you'll have a choice of Traditional Matzo Ball Soup or Vegetarian Matzo Ball Soup. On the buffet, you'll have your choice of entree: Old Fashioned Brisket; Chicken with Basil, Tomato & Lemon; or Roasted Salmon Fillet with Cucumber, Caper, & Salsa Verde. Sides will be a Salad with Spring Greens & Baby Spinach, Berries, Oranges, Pecans with Citrus Vinaigrette; Potato Leek Kugel; Rosemary Roasted Carrots; Asparagus, Roasted Red & Yellow Peppers; Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts & Butternut Squash; Cranberry Quinoa Stuffed Zucchini. The dessert for the evening will be the Chef's Whim!

Reservations are processed in the order they are received. Space is limited to the first 200 paid reservations, accepted on a first-come-first-served basis through Wednesday, April 2, 2025, or until room capacity is reached. Reservations received after April 2nd or after room capacity is reached will be placed on a waiting list and filled only if others cancel.
