 Adath Jeshurun's Outreach Prin­ci­ples are based on the principles of outreach that were drafted by Conservative Judaism's National Keruv Initiative Committee chaired by Rabbi Slosberg in 2008.  AJ is com­mit­ted to fos­ter­ing Jew­ish mar­riage and fam­ily life.  We offer cou­ples and fam­i­lies the sup­port and resources to cre­ate Jew­ish homes and to prac­tice and grow in Judaism.
 
 AJ welcomes inter­faith cou­ples. Their lov­ing com­mit­ment to one another enriches us, as does their par­tic­i­pa­tion in our con­gre­ga­tions.  We seek to share with them the gifts of our faith, prac­tices, learn­ing, and fellowship.
 
 AJ embraces and welcomes interfaith families. We can help them to strengthen their knowl­edge and obser­vance of Judaism, and to deepen their con­nec­tions to the syn­a­gogue, the Jew­ish com­mu­nity, and the Jew­ish people.
 
 AJ actively seeks to nur­ture and sup­port the spir­i­tual jour­ney of non-Jewish part­ners who join us, to deepen their con­nec­tions to the syn­a­gogue, the Jew­ish com­mu­nity, and to the Jew­ish peo­ple.
 
 AJ joy­ously part­ners with all who join us in cre­at­ing homes rich in Jew­ish tra­di­tion, and in rais­ing chil­dren as learned and com­mit­ted Jews.
 
 The Con­ser­v­a­tive Movement's Outreach Principles state that the Movement remains deeply com­mit­ted to the pre­em­i­nence of Jew­ish law and tradition and is com­mit­ted to pro­vid­ing a wel­com­ing atmos­phere where individuals and families can develop mean­ing­ful con­nec­tions to Judaism.
 
 Participants are invited to feel at home, enjoy our friendship, find support, and join our spir­i­tual journeys.  Members & guests are invited to learn through our edu­ca­tional programs, grow through the study of Jew­ish tra­di­tions and texts, pray with us and dis­cover the mean­ing of our prayers, and par­tic­i­pate in mean­ing­ful social action programs.  Expe­ri­ence the joy and the mean­ing of a life of mitz­vot (the reli­gious and eth­i­cal oblig­a­tions for lead­ing a Jew­ish life).  Come learn and grow with us.
