The Louisville Melton School and Adath Jeshurun welcome Miriam Anzovin, TikTok personality, creator of #Daf Reactions and "Talmud Influencer." All appearances are free and open to the community.

Miriam's 7:00 p.m. talk will address "Jewish Texts As Jewish Identity." Miriam will speak openly about how her life experiences as a formerly Orthodox woman, and now secular Jew, led her to deep emotional engagement with Jewish text study. She will discuss her spiritual journey, Daf Yomi, the genesis of her #DafReactions TikTok videos, and being a "Talmud Influencer" in the public eye. Includes several videos and questions/ discussion. Miriam will also deliver the D'var Torah during the Shabbat morning service (Feb. 24 @ 10 a.m.) and a Shabbat Scholar talk after the Kiddush Lunch (approx. 12:30 p.m.) on the topic "How To Encounter Jewish Texts Using The Miriam Anzovin Method."
