Introducing the AJ Member Portal
We’re thrilled to announce that AJ members (and associate members) will soon be able to access their accounts through the AJ Member Portal on ShulCloud! Members should have received an email on Nov. 15 with a link that will allow you to log in and create your password.
If you did NOT receive that email or if your link didn't work, email info@adathjeshurun.com to request help.
Once you're set up, you’ll be able to:
- Pay your bill, including donations and High Holy Day Appeal
- Check your balance
- View and manage your yahrzeits
- Update your profile information
Plus, the AJ member directory will be available online to registered users in early December!
IMPORTANT: If you do NOT want to be listed in the directory, please CLICK HERE to opt out by Friday, Nov. 29.

How to Log In
Once you've set your password, visit the AJ home page and look at the upper right corner for your name or the word "Login." Click on My Personal Account to reach the Member Portal.

FAQ
Do I have to use the AJ Member Portal?
No, the portal is an optional service that AJ is offering to the congregation. You may still choose to contact the office as needed.
Why should I use the AJ Member Portal?
The Member Portal is a 24-hour, one-stop "shop" where you can manage your membership account. Using the various buttons, you can update your profile, view and manage your yahrzeits, check your balance, and pay your bill.
Do couples need to have separate logins?
ShulCloud designed the system for both parties to have their own login. You may choose to use only one of your email logins, but this may affect which yahrzeits you can view and manage.
When is the directory coming out?
We expect to the make the directory available in early December. We will announce it in the newsletter when it is live.
What information will be included?
That's up to you! Once the directory is available online, you can view your entry and edit it to show or hide information.
What if I don't want to be in the directory?
You may keep your information private by opting out of the directory. CLICK HERE for the form. The deadline to opt out is Friday, November 29. If you change your mind later, it's no trouble at to add you back in. Call the office at 502-458-5359 if you have questions.
