Passover-To-Go … First Night Seder Kosher Takeout

Pick up between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at Adath Jeshurun
AJ is offering Passover-To-Go, a simple yet delicious solution to your first night Seder needs. Chef Maureen Hartmann will prepare these Kosher-For-Passover meals in the AJ kitchens. She is offering a menu with four entrée selections, soup, salad, and dessert. There is also a children’s meal option. There will be NO substitutions of any kind. Chef Maureen is also offering traditional Passover items for a Seder Plate Setup or by the container.
Each adult meal is $30.00 and children's meals are $10 each. The deadline to order is April 10, 2024. You will order and pay per meal (each of which feeds one person). Reservations are now closed.
All meals include the following:
- Choice of SOUP (see below)
- Choice of ENTRÉE (see below)
- SALAD of Mixed Greens with Oranges, Dates, Olives, Radish, Pickled Red Onion, Lemon Herb Vinaigrette
- SIDE of Roasted Potato Medley with Onions, Moroccan Glazed Carrots, & Asparagus with Roasted Red & Yellow Bell Peppers
- DESSERT of Vegan Panna Cotta with Macerated Berries.

CHOICE OF ENTRÉE:
- Old Fashioned Brisket
- Chicken with Lemon, Fennel, & Roasted Garlic
- Pistachio Salmon with Beets & Spinach
- Artichoke Quinoa & Zucchini, Eggplant, Tomato & Basil
CHILDREN’S MEAL:
Grilled Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, Carrots with choice of Soup (traditional or vegetarian) and a Dessert
