Adath Jeshurun Cemetery

Located about ten min­utes from the syn­a­gogue, the Adath Jeshu­run Ceme­tery includes scenic gar­dens and offers a place for remembrance and reflec­tion.

Cemetery Address:
2926 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY 40217.

Cemetery Hours:
Open every day from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., except Shabbat and Jewish Holy Days.

Purchasing Gravesites:
The current price of purchasing burial rights is $3,525 per grave, which includes perpetual care.  Burial (opening & closing) fees are additional. Prices will increase on July 1, 2025. To pur­chase gravesites, please contact the synagogue office at 502-458-5359 to set up an appointment.

Memorial Plaques:
To order a memorial plaque to be placed in the Memorial Alcove in the synagogue, please click here.
 
Cemetery Plantings:
Due to unforeseen delays with a supplier, the 2025 cemetery plantings were delayed and were not in place for Mother's Day. We are sorry for the delay but can assure you that the plantings are going in this week. Orders are closed for 2025 and for 2026 information, visit this space next March.
